This is a place where I will strive to share my many years of experience in the Montessori education field with you, as well as to enrich your and your children’s lives with new insights into the Montessori method, Montessori philosophy, and Montessori parenting.

Childhood is a period of life with many open possibilities, in which a child with so much energy, perseverance and enthusiasm masters and develops the complex capacities on which his future possibilities, his personality and successful functioning in a further life will depend. What the future of the child will depend on all those important persons who believe in the capacities of the child of preschool age and who will jointly and actively participate in the child’s learning and development.

Education through which children have the opportunities and opportunities to be happy, to feel satisfied, to be realized and to accept, to build relationships of trust and respect, closeness and friendship is Montessori education, and a place where a child can be given the opportunity to receive a quality education is undoubtedly Montessori nursery.

Montessori Kindergarten is a place of living together in which support for the learning and development of children is realized through the joint participation of children and adults and in which authentic human relationships and togetherness are created.

The Montessori kindergarten program is a process of jointly constructing knowledge and understanding of the world, as well as developing skills and abilities that are important to the child’s future.

The Montessori educator is a unique profession in comparison to all others, ethical and reflexive in nature and is based on complex and personal competencies. Quality care does not mean merely meeting the child’s needs, but the process through which the Montessori educator treats the child as a valuable and unique human being.

Montessori parents are the primary and most important educators of children because children are personally and intimately connected to their family and are best known by the family. The child’s earliest learning and development take place in the family and through this family context, the basis of the child’s learning and development in all other contexts is built. Montessori parents have been involved in development and learning since their child’s birth because each parent wants the good for their child, only some of them need more or less support. Montessori parents can receive such support through Montessori Kindergarten and Montessori education.

Hey, I’m Dragana Jovanović

I was born in 1971 in Vranje (Serbia). For 23 years, I have been working as an teacher at preschool institution “Our child” in Vranje and I have been studying Montessori pedagogy for the last 10 years. In 2013 I obtained a certificate for “Montessori teachers”, after which i continuously applied the work with children in kindergarten on the principles of the Montessori method.

Since 2013 I am a member of the Montessori Society of Serbia. I am the author and implementer of numerous projects with educational content.The great significance in my professional work has a diversified program designed in my own kindergarten called “Montessori house“, in which a great many children came to know, precisely applying the Montessori method.

As a Montessori educator I organized numerous lectures and educations for teachers, pedagogues, psychologists and parents.
